Fair Oaks Water District Administrative Office
DESCRIPTION
Phase I for the Fair Oaks Water District is a new 7,000 sf building and includes an administrative office, customer service and public meeting facilities. The design direction was chosen with community input to compliment existing buildings in the Fair Oaks historic district. Relevant features include wood construction, two-stories, conference and board rooms, public bathrooms, on-site runoff treatment and retaining walls.
