Sierra College Gym, Multipurpose, Wellness Center
DESCRIPTION
The Gymnasium includes basketball, lockers, rest room and support spaces. The Wellness Center features weight/fitness and cardiovascular room with storage. The Multi-purpose building includes space for 220 seats with performance/lectern area, lobby and support spaces. Also included are canopy and covered walks. These spaces will integrate with the existing campus. Accessible site features will be close to existing infrastructure and campus amenities in order to stay within the budget. Drop-off and loading areas will be designed for existing parking lots. Sustainability features will be reviewed through the PG&E Savings by Design program.
